Do not publish exploit details. Send a concise reproduction, affected route, and relevant transaction or session information by email.
What to include in a report
For a failed transaction, include the selected network, public wallet address, transaction hash when available, and the time of the request. For a UI issue, include the page URL, browser version, and a concise description of what happened.
What not to send
Never send a private key, recovery phrase, password, or any secret credential. ZalalenA support will never request those details.
Response scope
We can help investigate faucet and website behavior. We cannot recover wallet access, reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction, or provide financial advice.
